Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return your purchase, email us at returns@maressedesigns.com within 5 days of delivery to start the return process and receive authorization. Please include your order number, item name and reason for the return.
Returns must be sent back in perfect condition with all original jewelry boxes and pouches. Returns must meet the following criteria:
Exchanges
We do not make exchanges, you have to return your original order and then place a new order online. See our Return Policy above for details.
However, we will only accept exchanges if the delivered product is as follows. We will then exchange it with the same product you originally ordered.
In the case that the delivered product is damaged/defective upon arrival or is different from your original order, exchanges must meet the following criteria:
We do not accept cancellations after you place your order, so please make sure to check your order carefully.

- Products must not be worn, damaged, used or altered in any way.
- Returns will not be accepted if we are not contacted within 5 days of delivery.
- Repackage your product securely. We recommend sending your product back in the same outer box it was delivered in. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes from the box.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return request that does not comply with our return policy; and to refuse transactions based on order or returns behavior.
