Production & Processing 

Maresse jewelry is made to order in Japan. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted before it is ready for shipping. 

Select in stock pieces may be processed and shipped in 3-4 business days.

Shipping

We are currently based in Japan and ship domestically in Japan and internationally to the United States. For all other countries, please contact us at internationalshipping@maressedesigns.com and we will try our best to assist you.

Shipping to the United States (International) 

We are currently using Japan Post to ship to the United States. A flat rate will be charged based on the weight of your package. 

Please proceed to checkout for accurate shipping prices. 
 
For US orders below $800, customs fees, duties, and taxes are not charged. For US orders over $800, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes which are not calculated at checkout. 
 
Our prices are in Japanese yen and will be converted to US dollar using the daily exchange rate; prices in USD will vary day to day. 
 
After your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Your order may arrive in 6-11 business days. Depending on the circumstances such as weather and traffic, your order may take longer to arrive. 
 
If you would like to have your order shipped using UPS, please contact us at internationalshipping@maressedesigns.com and we can give you a price quote.

Shipping within Japan (Domestic)

Shipping within Japan is free.

All orders are shipped using Sagawa Express. After your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Your order may arrive in 2-3 business days. Depending on the circumstances such as weather and traffic, your order may take longer to arrive.
